Hi guys i'm back at it again with another blog. You guys must've missed me 😀. First i would like to invite you guys to some deep stuffs 😂 that you may fall. Please allow me to be a bit formal. Recently, I stumbled upon this proverb: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Let’s break it down! First of as we all know we humans have varying perspectives on how we see things. This is pretty similar to the message of this proverb where beauty is somewhat very subjective and that different people have different perspectives or opinions on what or how they view beauty. There are those people who depict beauty as objective. For example, when you saw a guy with aesthetic physique you would immediately think that he is ‘Hot’ or if he or she has a pretty face he is known as ‘Handsome’ or ‘Pretty’. Personally, I always hated when there’s a criteria for beauty. It’s as if YOU are judging someone, it’s basically like on a scale of 1-10 how pretty do you think s/he is and NO this system is not how we measure beauty. As a matter of fact, this is one of the worst way to measure beauty. 😔

The world we live in nowadays are full of stereotypes and biasness. If we saw someone with tattoos walking down the streets we might look at them as criminals and might as well avoid them. If we saw someone is so big and muscular we immediately say they use steroids and its unhealthy or unethical. Little did we know that these people are satisfied with their own beauty or rather trying to make changes for THEMSELVES. These biasness that we live in today had changed overtime up. The question that I always have in mind is that will people be so biased up to a point that we became so distinct from one another? Do people need to keep changing to meet up with the society requirements?

For me, I view beauty as something magical. I might not say it but I value relationships the most out of everything. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a relationship with my brother, sister, family, friends they all build up to one thing which is trust. I somewhat see that relationship is the most beautiful thing that one can own in life. Yes some relationship can be ruined, some people may leave or some may even not remember you anymore.

As for me I’m currently stuck with my classmates and I’m lucky enough to have them. Yes, I do have one of the worst bad moods or that ‘’sometimes ego and most of the time happy attitude’’, or even my annoying attitude, despite that they kept on seeing the good in me and when they began showing it or you began seeing it, you will share the pleasure of the beauty together. Some might only see the bad side of you aka the ‘’ugly’’ side and they force you to change. Pin pointing out your imperfectness is their way of measuring your imperfectness. I’ve experienced it myself where some people may not like my attitude or they don’t see beauty in me. If you happen to be in the same situation, leave them. EASY. You deserve better. These people are probably weaker than you think.

I still remember one of my teacher in my pervious school. His name is Mr. Vishal, basically he is single and there’s this one time where my friend began to ask why he is still single and still very happy. He simply replied ‘’I don’t need anyone to complete my life’’ and that is how he view things, that is his perspective.

And one more thing an advice to my peers, what matters the most is how you view things if you strive for a change go ahead and do it. If you feel like you need a little make up do it. If you need to fix your attitude go ahead and do it. As for me, I am still learning maybe fixing stuff here and there, making good changes (I hope). Last but not least, just do anything that will make you feel the beauty in life. What matters the most in life is how YOU view beauty not how OTHERS view it.

Nobody has the right to control you! I hope that this will reduce your insecurities 😃.
